out of bounds

still this silver steels me,
do this for me now, and take look out, scout,
a new slice of mud has arrived,
slow moving and it will still be here when we get back home,
flavor mourns your mouth, struck down,
burst your shelter, beaten down by a somber heartbeat,
southbound on a staircase getting drunk,
often eat your flesh just to know what you think,
my fingertips sweetened by your bitterness,
come on down to the valley, and bury your sugar in the dirt,
separation from your skin, i'll lose everything,
hanging by heart-strings, swing across the river,
born above out terrible union, shrank,
these are the best ways to be apart,
just show me your moonbeams, and I'll dare you to let go,
make me a crown to forget you with and i will,
this is no goodbye, every rotten piece of wood,
welcome me down into ended never,
the sand takes your wrinkles, train wreak you saw coming,
and in the way of something else,
standing still and shining out in front of your window,
stay amongst the thorns,
you chose to make my bed out of maggots,
every town is the same,
this is not a heart attack is just a turn,
I'm better off this way, always was
sensitive, even under your storm,
senseless sugar pills,
white wine vinegar, locked
chills stranded in the sun,
forgotten and left for garden prey.
